Peoples Home Equity, a regional mortgage lender, has announced unique recognitions received by loan officers in their Chattanooga office.
JoAnna Otero and Bruce Dodd were praised by the Chattanooga Mortgage Bankers Association as top producers in 2017. For excellent performance in mortgage banking and real estate finance, both Ms. Otero and Mr. Dodd were given Diamond awards, the highest level designation available.
Additional accolades for JoAnna Otero came from Ask a Lender, a new online platform that connects borrowers and lenders. Otero earned a spot in their top 20 list of Tennessee Best Mortgage Lenders 2018, as one of only five awards in the Chattanooga market.
