8 People Rescued From Boat After Sudden Storm Causes It To Begin To Sink

Eight people who were on a boat in Hamilton County that began taking on water during a storm had to be rescued on Sunday.

It happened just before 6 p.m. when a fast-moving storm hit.

The TWRA said a towboat was nearby and helped with the rescue after the boat began taking on water.

All those on the boat got off safely.
