Jeff Styles
Longtime WGOW Talk Radio personality Jeff Styles had been set to make an appearance in court on Tuesday in a road rage case, but it has been delayed until Aug. 7.
The case is before General Sessions Court Judge Gary Starnes.
Styles was placed on leave after getting arrested for using a hatchet and getting shot during the June 15 incident on Highway 153 near Gwyn Road.
The other person involved, Nick Bullington, drove away before contacting police.
He said he fired a shot after Styles broke out the driver's side window with the tomahawk.
Lee Davis, attorney for the radio personality, said Bullington recklessly displayed a gun in a threatening manner prior to the hatchet attack and shooting.
