Jim Hammond For Sheriff

  • Saturday, July 7, 2018

We in Hamilton County have an election coming up soon. On Aug. 2 we will be casting votes for local and state political officials. Simply put, our local elections impact our lives more so than any federal election. Whatever your political affiliation is get out and do your civic duty. Vote for the best candidate in each race. Sometimes we are too aligned along political party to cast a vote for the best option. Do your research, ask your questions and go vote.

That being said, the sheriff's election is one of the most important votes you will cast this fall. Our current sheriff has a proven record of conservative leadership. He has vastly improved the Sheriffs office during his tenure. There simply is no reason to vote for anyone else but Jim Hammond. We need a conservative leader who will continue to better the agency over the next four years.

We do not need a liberal candidate with limited experience. We don’t need a liberal who is willing to support gun buy back programs and gun control. The opposing candidate is probably a good guy. I won’t argue that point. On the other hand our current sheriff is a good guy with all the accomplishments and experience necessary to move the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office forward over the next four years.

During early voting and on Aug. 2 get out and vote. Vote Jim Hammond for Sheriff.
