Senad Kadic Found On Fire In East Ridge; Dies Despite Rescue Efforts

An East Ridge Fire crew was returning to the station from a call on Wednesday, at 6:59 p.m., and observed smoke down the street from Fire Station 2.

 

The fire crew went down to the smoke and found a person on fire in the driveway at 1371 St. Thomas Street. The fire was extinguished and first aid was performed.

 

Senad Kadic died at the scene.

 

Investigators were called to process the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
