James “Steve” Reed, age 71, of Tunnel Hill, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018.
Mr. Reed was preceded in death by his parents, J.A. and Charlotte Reed; brother, Rick Reed; and infant son, Scott Reed.
Survivors include his loving wife, Mickey Reed of Tunnel Hill; daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Michael Loggins of Rock Spring; brother and sisters-in-law, Randy and Linda Reed of Tunnel Hill, and Wanda Ragan of Dawsonville; grandson, Drew Russ; nieces and nephews also survive.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, Sept. 23, at 4 p.m. at Tunnel Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Jay Tenney and Rev. Dr. Mike Shearon officiating.
The family will receive friends at Tunnel Hill UMC on Sunday, Sept. 23, from 2 p.m. until the service time at 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Tunnel Hill United Methodist Church.
