The vehicle matched the description of a stolen auto that was boloed earlier. Police lost sight of the vehicle as it sped around the corner of an apartment complex. According to one witness, the suspect jumped out on foot and ran into the 100 Building breezeway. A perimeter was set up and K9 was called out. K9 tracked to a possible location of an apartment, but could not be certain for 100 percent if the hit was for the suspect or dope. The officer contacted the magistrate's office to see about obtaining a warrant for the apartment unit but, due to the situation, he would not sign off on it. The vehicle was towed.
