A man's body was found in a ditch at 803 Highway 193 at Flintstone, Ga. early Tuesday afternoon.
Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson said the body was found by a postal carrier around 1 p.m. He said the age of the white male was approximately 65.
Sheriff Wilson said later Tuesday, "At this time the fully clothed male has not been identified. The WCSO detectives and GBI investigators are processing the crime scene. No cause of death has been determined.
The body will be transported by the coroner to the GBI Crime Laboratory in Decatur, Ga.
