Organizers Bill and Linda Hullander
The third Sunday of the month Red Back Hymnal Singing returns to the Hullander Farm in Apison this coming Sunday. The monthly gathering was moved to the Ridgedale Baptist Church for December, January and February.
Organizers Bill and Linda Hullander said, “Our guests enjoy singing the grand ole hymns that aren’t used much in today’s worship services.”
Mr. Hullander said some audience favorites include, “Power in the Blood,” “When we all get to Heaven,” “Victory in Jesus,” ”Love Lifted Me,” “What a Day that will Be” and “How Great Thou Art.”
Sue Gray and Jack Clark will provide piano accompaniment for the congregation singing.
This month's special guest group is Blair Cantrell and Cantrell Harmony Blend.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and the singing begins at 6 p.m.
The Hullander’s said there is never any admission, but a love offering is taken to help with expenses.
The Hullander farm is located in Apison on London Lane, about three miles from E. Brainerd Road.
