Shuptrine’s Gallery Spring Kick Off Open House And Block Party Is April 19

Shuptrine’s Gallery Spring will kick off this Friday's South Broad Street Block Party with an Open House at 2613 Broad Street from noon-7 p.m., with refreshments beginning at 4 p.m.

The Gallery is introducing local artist Laura Scorey and her new collection of ethereal works, created in oil and cold wax.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., the Broad Street Art & Design District will kick off the Spring Soiree Block Party in the parking lot of Chattz Coffee Company.

Visitors will be able to enjoy food trucks, Chatz coffee and more while mingling with Broad Street business owners.


Participating businesses include Good Fortune Spa and Soap, Shuptrine’s Gallery, Helene Hamn Interiors, Southside Antiques, Chattz Coffee, The Kitchen Source, Classic Cabinetry, Michelle Workman Interiors and others.

"Look for the businesses with the balloons," organizers said. "Join us and see the great things happening on South Broad."
