Betty Lou Lee
Betty Lou Lee, 79, of Ringgold, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2024.
A native of Allons, Tn., Mrs. Lee has been a resident of Chattanooga for most of her life.
She was a member of Spring Creek Road Baptist Church and retired from Belk’s Department Store after more than 25 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Lynn Lee; and parents, Vadus and Veachel Bilbrey.
Mrs. Lee is survived by her husband of 62 years, Johnny Keith Lee; children, Johnny Lee Jr. (Eddie Stork), East Ridge, Bobby (Stacy) Lee, Chattanooga, and Cynthia “Sissy” Lee, Chattanooga; two sisters, Barbara Sue (Ronald) Coleman, Livingston, Tn., and Janice Ann (Kenny) Ferrell, Daleville, In.; four grandchildren, Peyton (Ashlee) Maxwell, Katie Maxwell, Tanner Lee, and Parker Lee; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 5, at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jerry Lee Jr. and Tanner Lee officiating.
Burial will be on Monday, May 6, at 12 p.m. at the Dugan-Smith Cemetery in Monroe, Tn.
