Quanta Services is an industry leader in providing specialized infrastructure solutions to the utility, renewable energy, communications, pipeline, and energy industries. Sherman+Reilly will continue to serve all of its customers as it has for the last 97 years.
After identifying Sherman+Reilly as a leader in the line stringing and block manufacturing segment, Quanta was further motivated by Sherman+Reilly’s focus on safety and innovation, and the equipment’s ease of use and the training options. Sherman+Reilly’s culture, people, and products all aligned with Quanta’s desire to add stringing and blocks to their portfolio.
Under Quanta, Sherman+Reilly will continue to operate as an independent business with the current management team, led by CEO Dave Ring. Quanta will invest to optimize existing operations, expand future capacity and product lines at Sherman+Reilly’s facility in Chattanooga.
