The Work Of Calvary Chapel Has Changed Many Broken Lives

Although I do not have a dog in this fight regarding Hamilton County School due to living in Georgia, I do attend church at Calvary Chapel. I enjoy Bible-based teaching and Biblical-based worship. Mr. Warren does not know how the Spirit of God led Calvary Chapel to come to Chattanooga 25 years ago. This church has seen marriages saved, addictions to drugs, porn, and alcohol broken, hundrends who have given their life to Christ, and the many contributions made to local families and public schools here. Defense Was Delighted To Get Chattanooga Jury In Tyre Nichols Case

I agree with numerous people who have stated that they disagreed with the verdict in the Tyre Nichols case in Memphis. The not guilty verdict, concluded by a Chattanooga jury was a devastating miscarriage of justice, as determined by Attorney Benjamin Crump. Given the circumstances resulting in the death of unarmed Tyre Nichols, people seemed shocked by the verdict. Initially, I was surprised, as well, until I realized that the jury was from Chattanooga. When it was decided to bring in an outside jury from Chattanooga, the defense must have been delighted. They, and their police officer clients, could not have been happier. The Chattanooga Christian School baseball team kept their season alive on Thursday with a 12 inning 3-2 walk off walk to advance to the TSSAA Division II-AA quarterfinals. The Chattanooga Lookouts fell to the Knoxville Smokies on Thursday night by a score of 3-0. The Lookouts could muster only three hits on the evening, all of which were singles.
