UTC's Heath Eslinger to Speak at Quarterback Club

UTC wrestling coach Heath Eslinger is the scheduled speaker at today's Chattanooga Quarterback Club luncheon at Finley Stadium at noon.

Lunch is $10 and the public is invited.

Eslinger is in his fourth season as the Mocs head coach and will discuss the upcoming home matches this Friday with No.2 Iowa and Cumberland University.

The Mocs had a good showing at the Wolfpack Open this past weekend with two champions and six other medalists.

Eslinger was a two-time state champion at Bradley Central High School and a three-time Southern Conference champion at UTC.

The Lee softball team saw its bats silenced by the red hot pitching staff of the No. 12 West Florida Argonauts as they dropped both games of Saturday's Gulf South Conference doubleheader. Lymorris Martin, 59, Stabbed To Death; Rachel Green, 51, Is Arrested

Chattanooga Police responded to the 3200 block of Broad Street early Sunday morning to a person who had been stabbed.   Upon arrival, officers with the Chattanooga Police Department located Lymorris Martin, 59, who had received multiple stab wounds.
