Mildred Ozel Caldwell, 75, of Menlo, Georgia, died on December 27, 2012 at her residence.

Mrs. Caldwell was born Aug. 19, 1938, in Fort Payne, Ala., daughter of the late Mary Eunice and Fred Burrage. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church and prior to retirement, she worked as nurse at Paulding Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Caldwell was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Sonny” Caldwell.

Mrs. Caldwell is survived by a daughter, Phyllis Carol Caldwell Bond; one grandchild, Jason A. Bond, Sr.; and great-grandchilden, Jason A. Bond, Jr., Tymeria Bond, and Terrell Stokes.

Funeral services for Mrs. Caldwell will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 30, at the chapel of the Mason Funeral Home with Reverend Jack Green officiating. Burial will follow in AMI Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Michael Burrage, Andy Burrage, Roger Burrage, Jason A. Bond, Sr. 

Mrs. Caldwell will be in state at the Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29.
