Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Sept. 21-27. According to Sheriff Phil Summers, officers and detectives answered 1,728 calls. 87 were booked on a total of 157 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,728 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

Will Webster Acuff Jr., age 23, of 570 Childress Hollow Chickamauga, GA was arrested September 21, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Acuff remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Domingo Sanchez Perez, age 28, of 54 Julia Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested September 21, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Failure to Stop at or Return to Scene of Accident, Failure to Report Accident Resulting in Injury, Death or Damage, Driving while Unlicensed, Proof of Insurance Required and Probation Violation. Bond has been set at $12,932. Perez remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jimmy Wayne Palmer, age 43, of 125 Creekview Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested September 22, 2012 for Criminal Damage to Property 1st Degree, Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree, Simple Battery (FVA) and Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree. Palmer was released on $7,000 bond.

Kimberly Lynn Brock, age 28, of 2406 Frost Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 23, 2012 for Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault and Probation Violation. Bond has been set at $5,626. Brock remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Deacon Harding, age 39, of 8872 Cherlee Drive Ooltewah, TN was arrested September 24, 2012 for Theft by Taking. Bond has been set at $5,000. Harding remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jason Aaron Cothran, age 26, of 6703 Levi Road Hixson, TN was arrested September 25, 2012 for Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Cothran remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Janice Kay Brumlow Hicks, age 41, of 1632 B Duke Lane Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 25, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hicks remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Cresencio Luna, age 38, of 226 Long Leaf Drive Marietta, GA was arrested September 25, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Bond has been set at $4,500. Luna remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Eula Katherine Nolan, age 57, of 92 Jessica Street Chickamauga, GA was arrested September 25, 2012 for a Bench Warrant for Forgery 1st Degree and Probation Violation. Nolan was released on $3,360 bond.

Felicia Shawntay Norman, age 19, of 184 Ledford Lane McDonald, TN was arrested September 25, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime and Hold for Walker County Sheriff’s Office. Bond has been set at $8,000. Norman remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kimberly Ann Phillips, age 44, of 814 S Seminole Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 25, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Phillips remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Shawncey Letrell Smith, age 29, of 8003 Benara Lane Huntsville, AL was arrested September 25, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Smith remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Richard Oscar Spring, age 24, of 138 Summit Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested September 25, 2012 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Spring was released on $6,500 bond

Danny Ray West, age 37, of 864 Mountain View Drive Flintstone, GA was arrested September 25, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime and Hold for Walker County Sheriff’s Office. Bond has been set at $8,000. West remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brandon Patrick Barbree, age 27, of 104 Flagstone Drive Rossville, GA was arrested September 26, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Barbree remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Janel Dianne Campbell, age 44, of 7211 Reeds Bridge Road Ringgold, GA was arrested September 26, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Campbell was released on $4,500 bond.

Joshua James Campbell, age 34, of 7211 Reeds Bridge Road Ringgold, GA was arrested September 26, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Fugitive from Justice and Hold for Colorado Department of Corrections. No bond has been set. Campbell remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jade Breanna Dunn, age 18, of 7211 Reeds Bridge Road Ringgold, GA was arrested September 26, 2012 for Manufacturing Marijuana. Bond has been set at $7,500. Dunn remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brian Scott Stough, age 31, of 5908 N Cheryl Drive Morrow, GA was arrested September 26, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Stough remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jordan Michael Stueve, age 21, of 3575 Cherokee Valley Road Ringgold, GA was arrested September 26, 2012 for Manufacturing Marijuana. Bond has been set at $7,500. Stueve remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Lindsay Nichole Wheat, age 25, of 130 Backdraft Lane Rossville, GA was arrested September 26, 2012 for Aggravated Stalking and Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Wheat remains incarcerated at CCDC.

William Cortney Ables, age 25, of 1211 Osborn Street Chickamauga, GA was arrested September 27, 2012 for Fugitive from Justice and Hold for Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, TN. No bond has been set. Ables remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Suit Filed Against City Of Dayton By Woman Whose Husband Died In Motorcycle Accident

A lawsuit has been filed in Federal Court against the city of Dayton by a woman whose husband was killed while taking part in a motorcade through Dayton. Lorelle Tuckier said an officer who was manning an intersection left his post too early, then a car came through and struck her husband on May 26, 2012. Other defendants are J.C.
