The Counseling Ministries at Ridgedale Baptist Church, 1831 Hickory Valley Road, will offer "Hot Topics With Hot Chocolate" on Sunday, Jan. 27, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the sanctuary and then breaking out into sessions led by counselors. Hot chocolate and cookies will follow at 6:30 p.m. in the Christian Life Center.
Topics are: "Everything But the Kitchen Sink: Fair Fighting Among Family and Friends" for teens and adults; "A Balancing Act," for teens and adults; "Why Forgive Now? A Roadmap to Forgiveness," for teens and adults; "Grappling With Grief," for teens and adults; "Frustration Happens: How to Couple When You Don't Feel Like One," for pre-marital and married couples; and "Mythbusters: What You Always Wanted to Know About Counseling But Were Afraid to Ask," for teens and adults.
