LaToysha “Big Long” Waltina Long, 36, died on January 11, 2012 in Chicago, IL.  

She was employed at the Chicago Board of Elections.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Doris Long, Sr.; brother, Walter Long, Jr.; sisters, Hurdiecene Long-Bray and DeShannon “2-sweet” Long; grandmother, Hazel Baskin; nephew, Donte’ Long.

Survivors include siblings, Vatina Hazell Long, JoAnn Trice, Jeanetta Graham, Christopher Long, Derrick Long and Jerry Cooley, Roger (Margaret) Long; nieces, Jimia Doris Moore, Christina and Caniya Long; nephew, LaDarren Long; great-nephew, LaDarren Long, Jr.; a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at noon on Saturday, Jan. 19, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home with Reverend Wayne Johnson and other ministers officiating.

Kenneth Prince Broyles, 65, of Fort Oglethorpe went home to be with the Lord Monday, Sept. 21, 2017 in a local hospital.
