Nathan Lebron Odum, 53, died on January 25, 2013.   

He was born April 11, 1959.  Nathan was a United States Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Bowman and his mother, Mamie Lou Odum.

Nathan is survived by his son, Nathan Lebron Odum, Jr.; brothers, Gregory Lamar (Opheya) Odum and Tauris Ledelle (Velma) Odum; two half-brothers, Tim Lloyd and Kevin (April) Lloyd and two half-sisters, Kim Lloyd and Yolanda (Marcel) Hawthorne; a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Graveside services will be held at The National Cemetery on Friday, Feb. 1, at 12:30 p.m.

Nathan will lie in state after noon on Thursday, Jan. 31, and the family will receive friends from 6–7 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home at 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
