Another property came available on a 50-year lease at a dollar per year.

The Trust for Public Land is paying $500,000 for 3.23 acres from Stainless River LTD.

A $500,000 grant is being secured from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.

Newton Chevrolet, owned by Grant Law, is allowing access across a tract it owns for the nominal amount under the lengthy lease.
