The problem on the school bus is just another incident that shows the HCED's idea of who is important, the students desiring an education versus the troublemakers.
A friend of mine that teaches in the system shared that a student threatened her and cussed her. This student had been in several different schools and had been transferred again and again. Seems the problem students are more important than the many students that are well behaved and do their class work. A troublemaker is depriving the other students in the class their right to a quality education and when this happens what does the system do, they move that student to another school for other teachers to deal with.
Do you think this kind of problem solving helps or hurts the other students. Wonder who gets this student now?

When I attended Avondale Grammar and Hardy Junior High School way back when, Mr. Kennedy, they sent the troublemakers to Bonny Oaks and reform school.
