Anna “Johnny” Marshall, 90, of Cleveland, TN, died on Saturday, November 15, 2014 in a local health care facility.
She was born March 18, 1924 to the late Joe Vernon and Eliza Van Dora Brannon Allen in the Coker Creek community in Polk County; and was also preceded in death by her son, Bruce Marshall; sisters, Edna Bryson, Mary Esta Dill, Ethel Holmes and Christa Holmes; and her brothers, D.E. Allen, Henry Allen and Bill Allen.
She was a member of the South View Baptist Church.
Survivors include her loving husband of 63 years, Charles C. Marshall; one daughter, Doris D. Marshall McAmis; a granddaughter, Stephanie McAmis Painter; two great-grandsons; and nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance of Life graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18 at Lebanon Baptist Church cemetery with Rev. Ronald Ledford officiating.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 18 from 10-10:45 a.m. at the Wildwood Ave Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes, who has charge of the arrangements.
