James Neighbors Johnson, Jr., 71, died on Thursday, March 27th, at his home in Omaha, Nebraska.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James N. Johnson and Mildred Johnson, both of Chattanooga.
He is survived by his wife, Dr. Martha Nunn, of Omaha, brother, Richard Johnson, son, James Christopher Johnson, daughter, Mary Catherine Johnson, all of Chattanooga.
Jim worked for TVA for 25 years. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and graduated from Castle Heights Military Academy in 1961.
A memorial service will be held at First Centenary United Methodist Church on Saturday, May 17, at 2 p.m. in the Kate Lyle Chapel.
His family will receive in the narthex area off of the Houston Street entrance at 1 p.m.
