Hunter Hosts Free First Sunday And Jazzanoog Kick-Off

Celebrate jazz, art and the community at the Hunter Museum with Free Sunday and the kickoff of Jazzanooga, Sunday from 12-4:30 p.m.  

The museum is partnering with Jazzanooga for the fourth year of this community festival. 

There will be tours of the permanent collection, art projects for kids, the exhibition "African American Art: Harlem Renaissance, Civil Rights Era and Beyond" and performances by THECREATIVEUNDERGROUND, the Undoctored Originals, the Tim Hughes Quartet, the UTC jazz band and the Normal Park Museum Magnet jazz band - all performing throughout the afternoon.  

Free First Sundays are supported by Easy Auto and the afternoon's performances are sponsored by Jazzanooga.
