Beshears, James William "J.W." (Cleveland)

James William “J. W.” Beshears, 82, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Wednesday evening, March 5, 2014 in a local hospital. 

Mr. Beshears was the son of the late Claudia Prince Beshears and James A. Beshears; and was also preceded in death by his brother, James L. Beshears; and his twin infant siblings, Paul and Pauline Beshears.

Mr. Beshears worked in the framing department at Coppingers for a number of years. He also worked for Maples Chair Company and K-Line Chair Company. Mr. Beshears had a great sense of humor and he loved to fish but his passion was to buy and trade watches. Mr. Beshears had a great sense of humor and he was a member of the Unity Church of God. 

Survivors include his wife, Bessie Beshears of Cleveland; his sons, Ron Beshears and his wife Joni, Robert Beshears and his wife Karen all of Cleveland and Danny Beshears and his wife Lori of McDonald; his grandchildren, Celeste Dixon and her husband Matt, Aaron Suits and his wife Candace, Lindsey Hawkins and her husband Caleb, Nicole Beshears, Tucker Beshears and Dakota Beshears; his great-grandchildren, Teya Dixon, Breyana Dixon, Cory Dixon, Tori Dixon, Sydney Dixon, William Hawkins, Isabella Hawkins and Caylee Suits; his sisters, Hazel Inez Bottoms of Cleveland, Bonnie Ruth Horn of Saulsbury, NC, Ruby Cross and Louise Ledford and her husband Reverend Winston Ledford all of Cleveland; his brother, Leroy Beshears and his wife Faye also of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.

The Remembrance of Life service will be conducted Saturday, March 8 at 11 a.m. from the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Reverend Grady Simpson and Reverend Winston Ledford officiating. Interment will follow in the Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Charles Owens, Jeff Beshears, Caleb Hawkins, Matt Dixon, Tim Ledford, Terry Ledford, Mick Harris and Dustin McMurray serving as pallbearers. 

The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Friday, March 7 at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes who has charge of the arrangements.
