Cynthia Theresia Fairchild, 59, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Erlanger Medical Center.
Cynthia worked as a Floral Designer for Winn Dixie for many years.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Wenell Horne; and mother-in-law, Carol Ann Fairchild.
Cynthia is survived by her husband, Randall Fairchild; son, Richard Allen Fairchild; step-daughter, Julia Lynn Fairchild; father, Henry Thad Horne, Sr.; granddaughter, Layla Jasmine Fairchild; and brothers, Henry Thad Horne, Jr., James Franklin Horne and Rainey Byron Horne.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 27, from 2- 4 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel.
