Fort Oglethorpe Arrest Report For Aug. 22-28

Here is the arrest report from Fort Oglethorpe for Aug. 22-28:

Timothy Eddyjo Wilcox, 54, of 111 Lee Circle, Ringgold was arrested August 22 on charges of driving through gore/median, expired license, following too closely and leaving the scene of an accident.

Charles Franklin Wheeler, 48, of 106 Spruce Street, Rossville was arrestd August 22 on charges of criminal trespass and reckless conduct.

Kimberly Ann Greene, 51, of 13 Edgewood Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested August 23 on a charge of pedestrian under the influence.



Kristen Danielle Brackett, 22, of 302 Forrest Road, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested August 23 on a charge of battery/simple battery.

John Westley Hawkins, 22, of 302 Forrest Road, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested August 23 on a charge of battery/simple battery.

Joshua Allen Lewis, 26, of 105 Morning Side Drive, Soddy Daisy was arrested August 23 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, selling, distributing schedule I and II drugs, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a knife/firearm during a crime, fugitive, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and theft by receiving stolen property.

Matthew Vincent Neary, 33, of 406 Lee and Gordon Mill Road, Chickamauga was arrested August 24 on a charge of drinking and disorderly.

Devin Lee Rosser, 18, of 4864 Boynton Drive, Ringgold was arrested August 25 on charges of affixing tag to misrepresent identity of vehicle, driving while license suspended, escape, no insurance and obstruction of officers.
Jonathan Stephen Burns, 41, of 1475 Scenic Highway, Lookout Mountain was arrested August 15 on a probation violation.

Robin Leanne Sewell, 27, of 1363 County Road 50, Riceville, TN was arrested August 25 on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and suspended drivers license.

Robin Michelle Morgan, 29, of 1209 Indian Avenue, Rossville was arrested August 25 on a probation violation.

Janice Elaine Hulsey, 52, of 577 Kensington Road, Chickamauga was arrested August 26 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
