Bobby Frank, 66, died on Thursday, October 1, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Marie Frank Sr.; daughter, Bonny Frank Perkins; brother, Harry Frank Jr.
Bobby is survived by his daughter, Robin (Matthew) Phillips; grandchildren, Logan, Katie and Megan Phillips; sisters, Margaret McNabb, Jo Bridges; brother, Clarence Frank, companion, Debbie Headrick and her daughter, Sharon and her children, Marilyn and Teddy; and nephew, Josh Viger.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at 3 p.m. at Chattanooga Memorial Park.
The family would like to thank Hixson Dialysis Clinic staff for their loving care of Bobby.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to the Kidney Foundation.
