Yazoo Brewery is bringing their Big Wheel Championship back to MAINx24 for the second year on Saturday, Dec. 5.  Produced by Gig City Productions, this benefit for the Children's Advocacy Center of Hamilton County piqued a lot of interest when the event made its debut in the 24-hour party in 2012, and has turned out to be quite a success for the Children’s Advocacy Center, said officials.

This year’s race will be held in the Chattanooga Choo Choo Gardens behind the main Choo Choo terminal station. The gardens on this historic property will provide a course that will be filled with twists, turns and obstacles.  Another benefit to the race being held on the Choo Choo property is the fact that the course, and spectating areas, are both covered, which will mean both onlookers and racers can stay dry in inclement weather.

There are a limited amount of teams available, so anyone who wants to race is encouraged to register as soon as possible to ensure entry into the race. All proceeds from registration and onsite sales will go directly to the CACHC to support their mission of providing “Help, Hope and Healing to child victims of severe physical and sexual abuse.”

Registration per four-member team is $100 and comes with a team T-shirt, which teams can customize onsite before the race, a ticket redeemable for one Yazoo product and bragging rights for the next year.

More information about the race can be found at www.chattanoogabigwheels.com

Support for the Big Wheel Championship comes from Yazoo Brewery, ASA Engineering & Consulting and Arcadis.
