Former Notre Dame Standout Kareem Orr Sets Interception Record

Former Notre Dame football player Kareem Orr set a school record for interceptions by a freshman on Saturday.  The Arizona State freshman intercepted University of Arizona quarterback Brandon Dawkin's pass late in the game. Orr returned it 21 yards for a touchdown.

Arizona State won the game 52-30 and improves to 6-5 overall and 4-4 in the Pac-12.  They became bowl eligible for the fourth consecutive year.  

Orr has played in 10 of 11 games and has 18 solo tackles and three assists.
