Edna Durham
Edna Henderson Durham, 82, of Rossville, died on Friday, Jan. 30, 2015.
She was born in Rising Fawn, to the late Perry and Leila Henderson and was a member of Chattanooga Valley Baptist Church where she was also a member of the Seekers Sunday School Class. Edna retired from Erlanger Medical Center after 30 years of service as a supervisor in the Dietary Department.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Durham.
Survivors include her sons, James (Rita) Durham of Briceville, Tn., LeBron (Gale)Durham of Chickamauga, siblings, Nellie Seay of Illinois, Bessie Mae Sisson of Rossville, Flora Mae Dalton of Ohio, grandchildren, Heather Durham, Jeremy (Kristen)Durham, Carrie (Robbie) Giles, Chris (Crystal) Harness, James (Ashley) Durham, great-grandchildren, Matthew Harness, Gracie and Ethan Giles, Jameson and Jonathan Durham, Courtney and Kaitlyn Durham, Gabriel Grodi, Kaylee and Grayson Durham, Braden Byers, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at Chattanooga Valley Baptist Church in Flintstone, Ga.
Family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. on Monday and prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
