Miller & Martin announced that two of the 354 attorneys named 2015 BTI Client Service All-Stars were honored with this distinct recognition. Shelby R. Grubbs was recognized for his civil litigation and dispute resolution practice and W. Randall Wilson for his litigation practice.
According to BTI Consulting Group, Inc., only 30 percent of law firms in the United States are able to recognize more than one All-Star attorney within their firm.
Nominations for All-Star attorneys are based on feedback from general counsel and other legal decision makers from large organizations, identifying an individual attorney for client service exceeding all others. Those named BTI Client Service All-Stars are the end-result of nearly 320 in-depth, independent interviews with legal decision makers at the world's leading organizations.
