Whitwell To Host Strength, Speed Clinic Feb. 23-24

Whitwell High School will host a strength and speed clinic on Feb. 23-24 with all the proceeds going to the Tigers' football program.

The clinic will run from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. both days and be hosted by the high school and coaching staff, led by R.C. Helton. 

There is a $10 fee payable in advance at the high school office. Player parents can attend free of charge.

Scheduled instructors will be Mike Anderson and Ben Gleason.

Topics range from nutrition/hydration recovery to stress inoculation.
