A 16-year-old charged in the triple murder in Lookout Valley at an RV park on April 9 of last year had his bond revoked on Monday morning after he was involved in a high-speed chase in Alabama over the weekend.

Jacob Allison, who was 15 at the time of the slayings, was crying as he was led away.

Attorney Lee Davis asked that he be held at the workhouse - away from the other two defendants, Derek Morse and Skyler Allen, who are at the jail.

The state is seeking life in prison without the possibility of parole against Morse and Allen, who authorities say were the gunmen.

Allison was apparently on his way to the beach with two others in his vehicle when he was stopped at a driver's license checkpoint. He sped away after pulling over. The vehicle was eventually stopped in another county by the use of a spike strip.

Allison was charged with eluding arrest, reckless endangerment and driving without a license.

Allison was also in the news recently when his step-brother, Michael W. Shavers, was charged with shooting his former girlfriend and her new boyfriend near a Waffle House in Lookout Valley. The girlfriend said Allison called to ask where she was just prior to the shooting.

Allison's bond in the murder case was $525,000.

He is now set to remain in custody until the murder case is resolved, attorney Davis said.
