One-Walker Membership Luncheon At City Of LaFayette

The Walker County Chamber of Commerce will host their Membership Luncheon at the LaFayette Municipal Golf Course on March 24 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.  Chamber Chair Melissa Roden will discuss One-Walker, Mayor Andy Arnold will give the State of the City of LaFayette Address, and Commissioner Bebe Heiskell will give her State of Walker County Address. Please remember to RSVP. 

One-Walker’s purpose is to “Facilitate venue and discussions for the cities, county and Chamber to identify best opportunities for collaboration.”  During her portion of the event, Chair Melissa Roden will discuss how this initiative came about, how the group has operated to date, and how they will continue to work towards a brighter future for Walker County. 

Mayor Arnold and Commissioner Heiskell will give updates as to the current statuses of the City of LaFayette and Walker County as well as brief outlooks on their futures. 

The cost to attend is $15 per person.  Registration includes a meal provided by the LaFayette Golf Course. Those wishing to attend must register online by visiting www.walkercochamber.com.  Registration will end on Sunday at midnight prior to the event, no walk-ins will be accepted, and no refunds will be given for no-shows nor cancellations.  Non-Chamber members are required to pay by Visa or MasterCard at the time of registration.  Attendees may begin arriving at 11:30 a.m.; the program will begin promptly at 11:50 a.m.

Turn left onto Hwy. 27 bypass, go  3.1 miles turn right onto S. Main St, make 1st left onto Foster Mill Dr. Go .8 miles, turn right onto Gasque Dr. Go 1/4 mile turn right at stop sign to go City of LaFayette Golf Course Club House.

Heading North on Hwy. 27 from Summerville
Turn left onto South Main St, make 1st left onto Foster Mill Dr. Go .8 miles, turn right onto Gasque Dr. Go 1/4 mile turn right at stop sign to go City of LaFayette Golf Course Club House.
