Trane Commercial Systems will be performing building maintenance in the 900 block of southbound Market St., between M.L.King Blvd. and East 10th St., on Saturday. The contractor will be replacing an energy wheel on the roof of the EPB building and will have a crane set up in the southbound lanes of Market St. The closure will be for the southbound lanes only and is scheduled from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Detours will be posted, and all work is weather permitting.
Eslinger Construction will be making repairs to a storm drain in the 3200 block of Kellys Ferry Road, between North Moss Ave.
and North Tulip Ave. This portion of Kellys Ferry Road will be closed for the duration of the project which is scheduled for four days. The project will begin on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. and is expected to be completed by Friday at 4 p.m. All property access will be maintained and detours will be posted. All work is weather permitting.
