James “Clark” Williams, 73, of Dayton, died on Wednesday, May 6, 2015.  

He was predeceased by his parents, Howard and Mona Williams; sister, Reita Vice and grandson, Troy Williams, Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Rose Williams; sons, Troy Williams and Bruce Williams; sister, Janean Heath; granddaughter, Megan Williams; great-grandson, Colden Lusk; step-daughter, Tonya Holcomb; step-grandsons, Cam Holcomb and Nathan Holcomb and step-great-grandchildren, Emily Holcomb and Jaxon Holcomb.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 10, from 4-7 p.m. and Monday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Battlefield Community Seventh-day Adventist Church. Senior Pastor Bob DeForest will conduct the service at 1 p.m. in the church on Monday, May 11.

Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.
