Sheriff Eric Watson reports property crime detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division of the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office have charged two suspects in connection with a burglary on May 13 where electronics, jewelry and other items were taken out of a home on Cedar Springs Church Road.

The homeowner was gone for about 90 minutes that morning and returned to find a broken window and forced entry through the front door to the home. Patrol deputies filed a report giving a loss in excess of $2,300 that included two computers, three flat screen TV’s, several pieces of jewelry, and four video gaming systems.

Detectives have recovered some of the victim’s property that was sold shortly after the burglary and have returned several of those items.

Sheriff Watson said the suspects that have been charged with aggravated burglary and theft over $1,000 are Jeffrey Levi Couch, 20, of McCracken Road, who has been in custody on a $10,000 bond since May 24; and Kelly Lee Gray, a.k.a.
Kelly Wright, 23, of York Lane, who was arrested on Tuesday and has been released on a $5,000 bond.
