Morning Pointe Participates In Zoe Rainbow Dash For Children's Charities

  • Tuesday, July 14, 2015

Entering the race as the Energizer Bunnies, Morning Pointe of Chattanooga at Shallowford residents participated in the Zoe Rainbow Dash for Children’s Charities.

They were the very last team to start the race and as they crossed the start line, cheers came from all around. Everyone cheered on residents at the beginning and during the entire race. Even though they were last to start, they were able to catch up with many other teams and passed several before crossing the finish line. They were extremely honored to run (yes, they ran with the wheelchairs) in this race to benefit their chosen charity, Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home.

After cleaning off back at the assisted living community, they started planning for next year and can’t wait to run again.
