Betty Lou Caughron, 76, of Chattanooga, died on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 in a local hospital.
Betty was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga. She was retired from Jerry Bogo Company with 15 years of service.
Betty was a daughter of the late Fred N. and Grace LittletonTallent and was also preceded in death by a brother, Jim Tallent and a sister, Mary Jo Givens.
She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna Swafford, grandson, Bryan Swafford, granddaughter, Jamie Swafford, four brothers, Bill (Fannie) Tallent, John (Carolyn) Tallent, Henry( Mary) Tallent, Paul N. Tallent, two sisters, Pat Vail, Banning, CA; Frankie (Fred) Ruchert, Fontana, CA; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Jon Weaver officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
