A man who has been charged with four aggravated rapes and called "a danger to the community" by General Sessions Court Judge Lila Statom was allowed to plead guilty to two aggravated assault charges on Tuesday morning.

Willie James Bradley, 51, said he expects to be out of jail as soon as "tomorrow."

Prosecutor Jason Demascus said Bradley's DNA was found on both of the two latest female victims, but so was the DNA of others.

He said the victims appeared to be addicted to drugs, and he said in one case two witnesses are refusing to cooperate.

Bradley, who had been charged with aggravated kidnapping as well as two counts of aggravated rape, received a three-year sentence for aggravated assault and a consecutive two-year term for reckless aggravated assault.

The aggravated assault will be served at 11 months and 29 days, then the rest on supervised probation.

The reckless aggravated assault is probation with no supervision.

Bradley, who has been in jail for 14 months, has already built his time.

He appeared before Criminal Court Judge Don Poole with his attorneys, Chris Dixon and Jeffrey Schaarschmidt.

In both cases, the women said they were attacked by Bradley in vacant residences.

In one of the cases, the victim testified in General Sessions Court that "the more I fought back, the more I said no, the more he kept beating me."

The woman testified that during the night of the incident, she had fought with her boyfriend. She called her friend "Wes" to come and get her. She said the two went and smoked crack cocaine at Wes' house.

She said they later went to see a drug dealer, riding in Wes' truck. It was at this point she said she noticed the truck was almost out of gas. She said they decided to stop at the Kanku's on Wilcox Boulevard.

It was there she said they picked up "Doc." This was what she said Wes knew Bradley as. Before that night, she had never met him.

She testified that they were all three in the truck later when she had to use the restroom. She said Bradley told her his sister's home was nearby and she could go there.

However, when they stopped the truck, the woman said Bradley told them his sister did not want Wes in the house.

At this point, she said Bradley led her to the house. When they arrived, she noticed it was abandoned.

Not long after they went inside, she said, "He grabbed my throat, then told me to take off my clothes."

The woman said they began to struggle and that she even stabbed him with a piece of a broken crack pipe while trying to get away.

She said Bradley told her, "I already killed one person and they don't know where she is. Just do what I say and I'll let you go."

After this, she said Bradley raped her.

Investigator Andrew Peker said of the crime scene, "It was awful...there was blood everywhere."

The victim was taken to Erlanger Hospital immediately after police arrived. There, Investigator Peker said, "She was so covered in blood it was hard to see what injuries she had. There was blood in her ears, blood on her mouth, just blood everywhere."

In that case, Judge Statom set Bradley's bond at $1.2 million.

In the second case, a woman said she went walking early in the morning on Orchard Knob Avenue and was approached by Bradley, who had a gun.

She said he led her into an abandoned duplex and forced her to commit a sex act.

Both women picked Bradley out of a lineup. One said she could identify him by the strange appearance of his eyes.

Bradley got two years for attempted murder in 1995.

He got six years for an aggravated rape in 1999.

Bradley got another aggravated rape charge in 2008. He was given a four-year sentence for the reduced charge of aggravated assault in 2009. A charge of aggravated kidnapping was dismissed.
