Johnny Richardson, 55, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Monday August 24, 2015 at the family residence.
He was the son of the late Marvin and Martha Richardson. Johnny was head custodian at Bradley Central High School since 2001 and at one time he was a member of the Bradley County Rescue Squad and was an Auxiliary Police officer. Johnny had many talents whether carpentry, mechanical, electrical or plumbing with which he used more than not to help anyone in need; he had a heart of gold, he never met a stranger and he was a faithful friend to everyone he knew.
He is survived by his daughter, Natasha Stewart and her husband Charles of Soddy Daisy; his special friends, Debbie and Ken Usleton and their children Scott and Danielle Usleton, Jim Schroder, Terry McElhaney and his wife Christie; and all the staff and students of Bradley Central High School.
A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26 at the North Ocoee St. Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Johnny McDaniel, Terry McElhaney and Todd Shoemaker Principle of Bradley High School officiating. The interment will follow at Mt. Hermon cemetery in Benton Station with Terry McElhaney, Greg Geren, Jim Schroder, Scott Uselton, Curtis Hicks, Todd Shoemaker, David Eaves and Charles Stewart serving as casket bearers.
