Virginia Anderson
Virginia Jo Moore Anderson, 86, died on October 26, 2016 at St. John Providence Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ewing and Viola Locke Moore, husband, Hollis J. Anderson, Sr., son, Hollis J. Anderson, Jr. and sister, Reba Nell Brewster.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Franklin Brogden, Sr., Chattanooga, son and daughter-in-law William H. Magee and Anita Magee of Detroit, grandchildren, Audrey Nicole and Franklin Shelton Brogden, Jr. of Chattanooga; a host of other relatives and friends.
Homegoing services will be held on Sunday, Oct. 30, at 1 p.m. at Hickory Flatt Missionary Baptist Church, located at 2062 Fezzell Road, Decatur, Tn., with Pastor Leroy Bowerman officiating. Interment will be at Hickory Flatt Cemetery in Decatur. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church.
