A Leader For District 3 - And Response

  • Monday, October 3, 2016

Many people run for public office but few possess the necessary qualities of a leader and a servant.

Bill Tracy, author of personal improvement books, outlines the necessary qualities of a successful leader: vision, courage, integrity, humility, clear focus, a cooperative spirit and the ability to strategically plan.

Joe Smith positively epitomizes each of these traits. His courage and humility are known throughout this county. And his integrity is unquestionable.

Joe is a man of deep conviction and courage. Once you have met him you know exactly where he stands and what he believes. His work with Y-CAP requires the best skills of strategic planning and a true cooperative spirit.

His ability to focus on a goal and see it through to completion has been demonstrated time and time again.

I would add the qualities of a servant to the list. And anyone who knows Joe knows he is a true servant.

Joe Smith is an independent candidate for Hamilton County Commission in District 3 in November. We need a man of Joe's abilities and integrity to serve all of Hamilton County.

I was principal of the Ganns Middle Valley School from 1990 to 1996. I would ask that all of the students, parents and teachers who knew me and trusted my judgement to please join with me and support Joe Smith on Nov. 7.

Ralph Miller lost the school board election for District 7 in 2012.  The people of District 3 don't need out of district politicians telling them who to vote for in this coming election for County Commission the seat in District 3. I am supporting Greg Martin.
