For the third year in a row the UTC Mocs football team has earned a spot in the FCS playoffs and will host Weber State (Utah) at Finley Stadium at 2 p.m.
The Mocs finished the regular season at 8-3 and third in the Southern Conference behind champion The Ciadel (11-1) and Wofford (8-3). Weber State is 7-4 and a member of the Big Sky Conference.
Weber State finished third in the Big Sky behind champion Eastern Washington and North Dakota. Fellow conference member Calif. Poly Sal Luis Obispo finished fourth and also received a berth in the 24-team field.

Tickets: Tickets are on sale now on GoMocs.com at the link at the top of the page. Reserved seats are $25, while general admission tickets are $15. Youth (12 and under) and UTC Student tickets are $5 each.
For UTC season ticket holdericket holders, their seats are already loaded in their accounts. All they have to do is go in and make the payment.
FREE STUDENT TICKETS: The first 500 student tickets are FREE and available at the UTC Ticket Office with a current ID. There will also be pickup opportunities on campus on Monday and Tuesday announced via the Mocs Maniacs twitter account @GoMocsManiacs.
SoCon Has Four in the Tourney: The Southern Conference has four teams in the field of 24 as The Citadel, Wofford and Samford join the Mocs in the FCS tournament.
The UTC-Weber State winner will travel to No.5 Sam Houston State Dec.3 for a second round game
The No.6 seeded Citadel received one of eight first round byes and will host a second round game December 3 at 6 p.m. on ESPN3.
Joining the Mocs in games on Nov. 26 are Wofford (8-3) who hosts Charleston Southern with the winner traveling to The Citadel in the second round and Samford (7-4) travels to Youngstown State for a 5 p.m. game. The Samford-Youngstown State winner travels to Jacksonvlle (Ala.) State for a second round game.
