Helen Hodges Parker, 87, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016.

She was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Hodges; and was also preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Parker; and sons, Johnny Parker and Larry Parker.

Helen was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her children and their spouses, Madeline Parker Walker of Uniontown, AL, Linda and Ed Tuder of Rocky Face, Ann and Ken Bolden of Sheridan, AR and Mike and Pam Parker of Ringgold, GA; sister, Margaret Mitchell of Fullerton, CA; brothers and sister-in-law, John Harley Hodges of Spokane, WA and Walter and Eleanor Hodges of Chattanooga; ten grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Helen's wishes were that there would be no funeral service.

Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 5 in Anderson Memorial Gardens in Ringgold.

The family asks that flowers please be omitted and memorials be made to your favorite charity.
