Man, 29, In Critical Condition After Being Shot While Stopped At Red Light On 3rd Street

A 29-year-old Chattanooga man is in critical condition after being shot while stopped at a red light on Third Street early Wednesday afternoon.

Chattanooga Police were notified that a person suffering from a gunshot wound arrived at a local hospital by personal vehicle.

Information was obtained indicating the shooting occurred at a gas station located at the 1300 block of E. Third St.

Further investigation revealed that the shooting occurred on the roadway in front of the gas station.

While stopped at the red light, an unknown vehicle pulled alongside the victim and shot at him, hitting him once.

No suspect description is available at this time.

The victim, Ladarrel Bradley, was suffering from a single gunshot wound.

He was treated at a local hospital.

Chattanooga Police responded to the location the incident was reported to have occurred to locate a crime scene and secure any potential evidence.

Chattanooga Police Violent Crimes Investigators continue to follow all leads.
