Man Shot In Leg Early Friday Morning On Duncan Avenue

Chattanooga Police responded to a local hospital on the report of a victim with a gunshot wound at 4:15 a.m. Friday.  The victim, QueVaughn Walker, 18, reported that he was getting into a vehicle when he heard the faint sound of a gunshot and felt pain in his leg.
 
He suffered a single, non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg and was transported to a local hospital by personal vehicle.
 
Walker reported that the shooting occurred somewhere in the 2100 block of Duncan Avenue.
 Chattanooga Police responded to that location and were not able to locate a crime scene.
 
No suspect information was provided. Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this crime to call 423-698-2525.
