Tony Boyd Retiring From City Public Works

A top official in city public works is retiring after 33 years.

Administrator Justin Holland said Tony Boyd has been a leader in bringing innovations to the department, including in leaf removal and in the salt brine program.

He was also praised for his work with city recreation programs.

Mr. Boyd and his wife, Kelly, have two daughters.
