Ruby Nell Mantooth Shelton, 83, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Erlanger Medical Center.
She was a member of Resaca Church of God and was preceded in death by her son, Alvin Shelton.
Ruby is survived by her loving husband, Estil Shelton of Dalton; daughters and son-in-law, Lisa and Rick Stone of Chatsworth and Shona Sanders of Dalton; sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby and Katherine Brown of Rocky Face, Jerry and Diane Shelton of Dalton and Jessie Shelton of Rocky Face; grandchildren, Brandon Shelton, Mitzi Brewer, Bobby Brown Jr, Shane Shelton, Megan Swinney, Trevor Stone, Brooklyn Stone, Kayla Franks, Jacob Sanders, Larry Green, Brandon Cross, Sabrina Adams, Kimberly Farrell and the late Jeremy Shelton; and great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Sunday, June 26 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Gribble and Gail Barton officiating. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery with her grandsons serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Saturday, June 25 after 5 p.m.
